Service information
Guarantees Policy
Jack products have a 1-year warranties for mechanical parts and a 3-year warranties for the electronic parts(excluding consumable parts)
Service Maintenance:
All our products can get free maintenance services during the warranty period (except for problems such as the factory adjustment of processing technology, use of fabrics or threads that exceed the normal use range of the machine, production processes beyond the winding performance of the product, etc.)
During the product warranty period, no unit or individual may charge service and maintenance fees from users in any form (the cost of replacement parts will be additional).
Replacement service:
During the warranty period, if it is found that the casing is defective when it leaves the factory or there is an oil leakage failure caused by the casing, and it is verified by our company personnel, you can apply directly to the product provider for a replacement. Returns and exchanges will not be processed under the following circumstances: Out-of-warranty products (products exceeding the three-guarantee warranty period); unauthorized repairs, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid intrusion, accidents, modifications, and incorrect installation product quality problems, or torn or altered labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks: incomplete outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions, missing or altered invoices; damage caused by force majeure.
